12 month FTC £45-£54k

We're looking for exceptional Tech recruiters to help grow the Cloud space for one of our clients on a 12-month FTC. You will have a proven and creative sourcing strategy, excellent candidate management skills and a strong desire to deliver results in a collaborative and timely manner working across sales, pre-sales, marketing, technical support, tech consulting and operations so stakeholder management will be a key aspect of this job.
What will you do?
- Pipeline candidates for current and upcoming roles via creative sourcing techniques. Finding active and passive candidates and providing an excellent candidate experience
- Work with multiple stakeholders & client groups to understand business needs - things may change quickly so being adaptable is key
- Working towards individual and team targets on a quarterly basis - you will have a large volume or roles on and be expected to deliver 8-10 hires per/ quarter
- 3+ years recruitment experience either in house or agency
- Experience with volume recruitment, and a strong knowledge / interest of the Cloud market
- Ability to pull data and analyse to make future process improvements
- BA/BSc Degree
