IT Project Manager
Client Site & Homebased | Up to £55,000
Our client is an ever-growing technical service provider, who aid enterprise organisations go through infrastructure and cloud transformations. They are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage different size projects across a wide array of Microsoft and other vendor technologies. You will guide and nurture customers through an end to end project life cycle taking them through their infrastructure and cloud maturity.
You will be responsible for the "end to end" delivery of technical and business change across the following areas, including:
All project communications, RAID management, project change control, project budget tracking, and resource management.
Engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders guiding them through the project life cycle.
Provide project delivery management for Projects and Support Transition.
Manage third parties to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Ensuring project governance is adhered to and escalating none conformance.
Demonstrable track record in the Project delivery including infrastructure, cloud, EUC, and business / technical change projects as a Project Manager
Experience of the full project life-cycle from stakeholder management through project cycles, implementation, transition and go live
A track record working with project management methodology, and tools including certification in Prince2.
Awareness of technology required
Office 365 / Exchange
Microsoft Azure Cloud (public, private and hybrid)Virtualisation, storage, backup and replication
Networking technologies (switching/routing/security)
