We are currently recruiting for a Technical Product Specialist to join my client based in Speke. The company are the leader within their field and have over 17,000 different product lines, they pride themselves on their commitment to quality, innovation, excellent service, and collaborative partnerships. The role is offering a salary of up to £26,000 working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, free parking and 25 days holiday. You will ideally have a background within Biomechanics and
at times, travelling overseas will be applicable to this role and attending industry conferences during the weekend

About The Role:
•Driving introduction of new products and the removal of old products based on sales performance and lifecycle management
•1st line Tech Support for all technical-medical products
•Supplier liaison and managing supplier relationships for technical-medical products
•Product training support - planning and management
•Creation of technical marketing materials with support of marketing team
•Sales team back-office support
•Development of product education packs and training collateral
•Responsible for the development product specification sheets when required
•Product related market research - including competitor analysis and customer needs analysis
•Source and liaise with external contractors for design, research and associated services
•Management of data (product manuals, parts-lists)
•Management of software licences
•On-site equipment demos - customers and sales teams
•Communicate with other departments as required to give market opportunities, intelligence and product feedback, product briefing, development of product marketing collateral, supporting education content development, ensuring products are fit for purpose

Essential Skills & Experience:
•Graduate level - degree in Biomedical Engineering preferable
•Other degrees relevant to role include Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Business and Product Development
•Experience or knowledge of medical rehabilitation technologies and medical rehabilitation markets
•Real interest in technology and products aimed at different markets with thirst to embark on self-learning and ongoing self-improvement
•At times, travelling overseas will be applicable to this role and attending industry conferences during the weekend
•An Intense induction program will mean a lot of travelling in first few months in role
