Technical Manager required by a developing independent loss adjusting practice to undertake a multi-faceted role. You will supervise the home-based external adjusting team in respect of technical issues; you will handle your own small caseload of personal lines, high net worth and commercial property losses; you will work closely with the Directors to improve and develop systems and working methodology; you will work closely with a developing network of principals to maximise revenue opportunities. There is an outstanding opportunity for a committed, ambitious individual to achieve a Directorship.
Candidates will ideally be ACILA qualified with a strong all-round background in property adjusting. Experience of people management is not essential, but would obviously be preferred. You can live anywhere within the South East and undertake the role on a mixed basis, with 50% home-working and 50% office-based. Basic salary budget to £70,000 plus excellent bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
