Meraki Talent are seeking a Technical Lines Claims Handler, due to a increased period of growth. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in technical or construction claims who want to contribute to one of the largest commercial insurers in the world.
As part of this role you will play a critical role in the claims department by ensuring accurate assessment and proactive management of claims. You’ll handle claims within authority limits while maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Daily Duties will include;
- Accurately assess and evaluate non-complex claims, ensuring policy liability, reserve calculations, and settlement values align with company procedures and personal authority limits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Proactively manage your workload, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
- Maintain and develop technical knowledge while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Support key client relationships by addressing case progress, insured requirements, and other client-specific concerns.
- Identify and escalate customer complaints or unresolved issues appropriately.
