About the Role
As a Technical integrity lead, you will be responsible for maintaining reference data in the billing systems, resolving suspense issues and supporting new products and chance activity within billing operations.
You will also be accountable for root cause analysis and solution of suspense issues/daily adhoc processing including management of an off-shore team. You will monitor the Offshore tasks for accuracy and timelines, reporting against SLA’s
You will create, review and control all process documentation for role of QMS Audit purposes, as well as billing system reference data maintenance-this includes creation and amendment of customer tariffs
