Technical Insurance Auditor

Insurance Technical Auditor

£30,000 to £35,000

Based in Tonbridge

Our Insurance client based in Tonbridge are looking to recruit a Technical Auditor to join their business.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and to execute the companies Technical Audit Programme processes. Ensure that all the selected claims are audited thoroughly and appropriately.

Job role:

  • Highlight any business risks to the Technical Director
  • Produce all audit reports within 20 days of audit being undertaken
  • Updating on any skill gaps and identify ongoing training requirements as the business requires
  • Delivering the agreed audit programme including contribution to the operation customer experience plan
  • Improving customer experience by identifying process/control gaps in panel performance and agreeing relevant actions
  • Maintaining central action plan ensuring deadlines are met and highlight any overdue actions to the technical director

Skills needed:

  • Extensive experience within the insurance industry within a supervisory role
  • Sufficient audit experience to include management of the audit function
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
