A Technical Helpdesk Advisor is required for this leading organisation based on the Wirral.
Working closely with the Service Engineers, you will log and track service calls and appointments on the system providing a full technical support and service including handling queries on orders and after sales. You will advise on products, prepare specifications and liaise with technical staff regarding customer's products and installations.
This role is working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday and offers a basic salary of £21,000.
To be suitable for this role you will have strong customer service experience and be able to pick up technical information so experience in engineering, planning or technical helpdesk would be advantageous.
