Currently looking for a Technical Designer for a well-known and leading design and build practice based in Central London, to work on commercial fit-out projects. They have be running for well over 20 years now, and have built up a reputation within the industry

You must have a background on office design with a minimum of 4+ years' experience, with the majority of that within the UK interiors industry. You will reporting directly to the Head of Technical Design.

Must have strong working knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of Sketchup and the full Adobe Creative Suite will be highly advantageous.

You will have/ be able to;
· An understanding of the technical design process and ability to manage/ deliver to completion,
· Deliver detailed drawing packages for commercial fit-out projects, as well as FF&E knowledge for offices,
· Experience working on large drawing packages, joinery detailing, bespoke partitioning, ceiling/floor detailing etc.
· Knowledge of current building regulations for commercial fit-out projects.

You should be comfortable working in a team, as well as on your own as and when needed. If you are able to demonstrate the ability to lead and manage others, there is the possibility for quick career progression.

This practice have a large range of projects in their portfolio and are growing every year. They have put their stamp on the South England fit-out market and are a leading practice within their field. They cover interior design and space planning, 3D visualisation, furniture procurement, fit-out, project management and aftercare.

You must be located in London currently, or within a commutable distance and not have any working restrictions.

Salary will vary, depending on experience.
