Technical Delivery Analyst

We are seeking a young, ambitious candidate with a great attitude and aptitude for learning to join our technical delivery team. No experience or degree required, we will train you and enable you to gain the relevant industry qualifications.

Working as part of the Technical Delivery function, this role will be primarily responsible for the day to day managed service provision for one of our key clients.

The main responsibilities are delivering the following IT Service Management functions:

  • Release and Environment Management
  • Change and Configuration Management
  • Defect Administration
  • Supplier Management

As well as being responsible for the managed service provision for this client, the successful candidate will be involved with other client activity where appropriate. This could be consultancy or managed service work and is likely to involve travel. This presents the opportunity to develop new skills for the future.

This role is based primarily on client site but offers flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
