Administration Co-ordinator - Salary: £20,000 Temporary - 9 months maternity cover - up to 30th June 2019 ( may lead to perm.) - Middleton, M24 - Immediate start
Based in the Technical team, we need a strong administrator to co-ordinate our customer technical data requirements, including specifications completion, consumer safety data supply via website, updating records / Data Entry - accuracy is essential. There will be email and occasional telephone contact with clients. KEY TASKS: Accurate data entry - using SAP To ensure Customer specifications are fully complete, accurate and available to the Customer when required. To compile accurate Customer Specifications and any associated documentation, such as quality sheets etc. You will be Self-motivated and committed to department and its goals. Determined character, with well-developed communication skills, (both written & oral) with good interpersonal skills with a methodical and logical approach to tasks. Essential - 1 year Administration / Data Entry experience / GCSE in English and Mathematics Desirable - Understanding of SAP and business warehouse / stock
