Technical Customer Support Executive

HR Consultancy are recruiting a Technical Customer Support Executive to join a fast-paced manufacturing organisation based in Ayrshire

Your key responsibilities will include

• Work with customers to resolve quality issues, improve efficiency and reduce failure costs throughout the supply chain
• Investigate customer complaints and implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyse customer processes and identify improvements that will increase line efficiency and reduce failure costs
• Visit, train and work closely with customers to long lasting relationships
• Co-ordinate NPD trials, tack implementation and performance to resolve issues and ensure success
• Work with account teams on customer service issues to ensure quick and effective problem resolution and maintain a high standard of customer service
• Provide input and guidance to account teams to support the account planning process

Key skills required:
• Technical/Quality background (eg: shop floor/design)
• Customer-facing experience
• Technical/engineering process understanding
• Commercial understanding impact on customer service on the business
• Understanding of customer business, processes and specifications
