Technical Customer Support Advisor

Our rapidly growing client, located between Daventry and Banbury, are recruiting for a new Technical Customer Support Advisor job, requiring an aptitude for technical problem-solving.

The Role

The Technical Customer Support Advisor is a hands-on IT role, working with mobile networks and hardware, supporting the client base with a variety of technical queries (IT courses and training will be provided)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of customer bases on FOUR mobile networks
  • Mobile diagnostics and fault analysis
  • General customer support with other requirements such as invoice queries
  • Deployment of devices to existing and new clients
  • Mobile device deployment
  • IP phone system setups and fault finding
  • Occasional on-site client deployments and visits

Skills & Experience

  • Experience from within a mobile phone retail environment highly advantageous
  • Good customer service & listening skills
  • Strong problem solver
  • Solid IT skills
  • Basic knowledge of Mobile devices & networks
  • Organisation skills
  • Methodical
