The position has arisen due to an internal promotion and the company have an excellent track record for promoting staff from this role into more senior positions across the business.

The role is handling customer requests and providing a telephone support service, as well as responding to alarms and taking appropriate action to notify the customer.

This is an Engineering business and ideally we are looking for applicants with a technical mindset and excellent communication skills. Any experience within customer service will be considered, including those with a retail background and recent college graduates looking for their first opportunity. Full training will be provided and there are opportunities for progression for ambitious candidates.

The roles will involve shift work, as due to the nature of the clients you are working with, you must be able to provide support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Shifts will rotate, 7am - 2pm, 2pm - 9pm and 9pm - 7am, working 4 days on and 3 days off, and 4 days on with 2 days off one week a month.

On top of a competitive starting salary of £18k, this company has a very achievable bonus scheme where you can earn up to £1,200 annually. They also offer excellent benefits including parking, 24 days holiday, pension and paid overtime.
