A Technical Customer Service Advisor is required to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for delivering effective account management and providing technical drawing support.

As a Technical Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and updating technical drawings using CAD software
  • Managing customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Following up on quotations to support conversion and maintain pipeline visibility

To be successful in this role, you should ideally have:

  • Working knowledge of CAD software
  • Previous experience in technical account management
  • Background in manufacturing or engineering industries
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

What's on offer:

  • Monday to Friday working hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm (early finish at 1:30pm on Fridays)
  • Salary from £30-38,000p/a dependent on experience
  • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
