Job Title: Technical Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £19,000

Location: Exeter

We are working with one of our clients to recruit a Technical Customer Services Assistant to join their busy team. In this role you will be taking customer calls of a technical nature and providing the correct solutions to resolve issues in a swift manner.

Duties will include:

• Resolve technical issues
• Handle calls, faxes and email enquiries regarding operations and safety of clients products
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Document and report all calls on company CRM
• Ensure all information provided is accurate and appropriate

Your Skills will include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to keeping reports
• Possess a flair for developing and maintain client relations
• Able to learn new skills
• Able to read technical information
• Experience working within a customer service role
