Job Title: Technical Customer Service Advisor
We are working with one of our clients to recruit a Technical Customer Services Assistant to join their busy team. In this role you will be taking customer calls of a technical nature and providing the correct solutions to resolve issues in a swift manner.
Duties will include:
- Resolve technical issues
- Handle calls, faxes and email enquiries regarding operations and safety of clients products
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Document and report all calls on company CRM
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and appropriate
Your Skills will include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to keeping reports
- Possess a flair for developing and maintain client relations
- Able to learn new skills
- Able to read technical information
- Experience working within a customer service role
