Technical Customer Service Advisor

Global CTS is working with a world leading company, supporting a vast number of customers all over the globe with offices in the UK, US and Australia. The UK office is looking to recruit for a new team within their Technical Customer Service area to provide Remote Services to their customer base. You will be responsible for providing technical support through remote access sessions within a call centre environment. During these sessions you will need to operate various applications and keep the customer informed on progress.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Answering inbound phone calls promptly
? Provide remote services to the company’s clients
? Troubleshoot kit failures and escalate when needed
? Manage customer appointment bookings over the phone and using online systems
? Take payment from customers for services
? Documenting customer interactions through their CRM
? Provide accurate information to customers using OEM resources
? Working with the technicians and hardware team to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
We’re looking for someone with a strong customer service background, can multi task whilst remaining calm under pressure and has problem-solving skills.
