Technical Customer Service Advisor

£24k per annum


Are you a vehicle technician who would like to spend more time talking to customers rather than under a car? Don’t worry - you’ll still get your hands dirty, but you’ll be performing the initial diagnostics instead of all the heavy repair work. You’ll also be providing world-class customer service, helping customers to book appointments and resolve issues.

You don’t need to have customer service experience, but you’ll need to be comfortable dealing with customers. If they’re getting in touch it’s because there is something wrong with their car, so they won’t always be the happiest. But that’s part of the skill, with a combination of technical expertise and communication skills they’ll leave happy.

Obviously you’ll need to be technically competent. Level 3 qualified or qualified with experience, we don’t mind which. But we will ask you to complete a technical assessment just to be sure.

You’ll also need a full UK/EU driving license, because sometimes diagnosing cars will mean driving them.
