Salary: £19,000 + £2,700 shift allowance + £2,000 bonus
Shift pattern: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Sunday with shifts between 8am and 9pm

Are you an experienced customer service agent from a service technology background?
To provide an outstanding customer service experience by professionally and effectively resolving technical faults escalated to our Tech Voice team across our fixed line and broadband products. You will be driving fault resolution for our customers in line with company policies and working with our 3rd party suppliers where required. You will also proactively resolve all customer technical faults to ensure our customers can enjoy our service, and actively promote the Vodafone Brand by providing quality customer service at every instance.

Have previous experience within broadband support
Have great customer service skills
Preferably have technical Experience in a broadband or fixed line environment.
Preferably have previous experience with interacting and managing 3rd party suppliers.

Self-motivation - the ability to work independently and effectively manage time, prioritising customer needs.
Literate and numerate – ability to absorb and disseminate information clearly to others.
Ability to remain calm, patient and polite in frustrating circumstances.
Demonstrable customer focus.
Customer service experience preferable in a technology service environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
