Adecco are recruiting for fantastic Technical Customer Service Agents for our large corporate client based in a busy but friendly office environment.

  • great T skills?
  • initiative, good attention to detail and the desire for a challenge?

The successful applicants will be part of a solid Service Delivery team aligned to a key government contract to support a challenging technical transition process. Full training will be provided for the successful candidates.

Our ideal candidates will have great customer service skills who is able to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients, a brilliant team player and someone who is happy to get involved with new challenges with computer software and hardware.

Essential qualities:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English & Maths
  • Good command of I.T packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Desirable qualities:

  • Knowledge of Xerox products
  • Knowledge of Networks and Operating Systems
  • Experience of working to SLA's

This role is due to start on 1st July 2019 due to the successful candidates being required to undergo security checks.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 40 hour week

Pay rate: £8.90 p/h
