I am currently recruiting for a Technical Contract Administrator to work for a distinctly successful organisation based in Cambridge (parking is also provided) on an 18 month fixed term contract.
The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the Contract Admin manager on a daily basis to support internal and external customer requirements

*To deal with Contract customers directly and sales team to secure Contract sales.
*Ensure that all queries and tasks are dealt with efficiently and with professionalism.
*Support Contract team in all functions as and when required.
*To offer Technical Support and Invoice process support when required.
*Ensure adherence to company procedures in line with Company policies, Health and Safety procedures and ISO 9002 quality standards
*Generate quotations and contracts
*Maintain Contract Files.
* Assists Contract Admin Manager with contract administration.

Experience:
*Previous experience of working within an office administration role
*At least 2 years' experience of working within an engineering Technical role would be an advantage
*Previous experience of working in a Customer facing roles.
*Order processing and cost allocation
*Desirable knowledge of the transport/refrigeration industry

Salary: up to £24,000 pa
Contract: 18 month contract
