I am currently recruiting for an Technical Coordinator to work for a busy and successful Sales team within a successful global employer within Haverhill.
This is a customer and technical focused role and the ideal candidate will have a strong customer service/ technical customer service experience and the ability to work within a busy sales office.
*To ensure the resolution of customer queries, complaints and/or advice is dealt with professionally and within strict time constraints.
*To organise and plan resource allocation in support of; external site visits, trade days and demonstrations for the Technical Services Representatives, Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams.
*To ensure that incoming queries (phone, email, task, other) are dealt with in a timely, positive and professional manner.
*To ensure that departmental databases, libraries and archives are current and up to date.
*To work with other teams ensuring that product literature and test certification is proofed, up to date and published in the appropriate manner
*Liaise with the Laboratory Manager to process and update Material Safety Data, CoSHH and CE certificates
*In co-ordination with the relevant teams/experts, manage the drafting and updating of: Declaration of Performance Certificates (DOPs), Product Datasheets, Product Packaging, ISO certification, MED certification, LU approvals and other Product Literature
*Generation of reports/statistical information for Technical Manager
*Processing purchase orders and receiving of goods
*Provide general administrative support for the Technical Services Department
The ideal candidate will have experience using SAP and be from a manufacturing or construction background.
