Technical Co-ordinator / UK Housing Developer

*New Permanent position*

An established UK housing developer is currently on the lookout for a Technical Co-ordinator to join their business due to an increased workload and a number of large scale projects scheduled for the remainder of 2018.

This organisation specialises in building award winning homes across the UK. This individual will be working on a project by project basis, liaising with design team on the delivery of a wide range of sites. The successful candidate will be working under the Technical Manager to further build a dynamic team who are looking to take the businesses from strength to strength.

The candidate must have minimum 3 years’ experience working for a UK Housebuilder. This individual will be a standalone decision-maker with a proven track record in delivering logistically challenging sites.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Coordinating consultants and designers both internally and externally.
  • Project proposal reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of building regulations and legislation and planning, architectural, engineering and technical issues.
  • Preparing monthly cost schedules
  • Site inspections, assisting with pre construction including health and safety procedures
  • Full UK Driving Licence

The role would be commutable from Warwickshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland, Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Middlesex and Buckinghamshire
