Create and maintain Technical Publications to support company products to agreed timescales.
Manage the creation of Technical Publications by external agencies.
Manage the Technical Publications workload, including that of other members of the department.
Understand and comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
Support identification of methods or publishing tools that are required to achieve required standards.
Support the maintenance of technical publications and documentation on the intranet.
Support effective processes and methods in the creation and maintenance of technical publications and documentation.
Ensure the Company's quality standards are adhered to.
Educated to 'A' Level standard (or equivalent) at grades A-C for a minimum of 3 'A' Levels
Relevant experience in general office procedures/tasks
Experience in iSpec2200
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Ability to work with customers and suppliers
Flexible approach to tasks
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
