Our client is a well established financial planning firm with 5 offices based nationally. We are now looking for a Technical Analyst with experience who can hit the ground running and get into the role in an efficient manner. This leading financial planning firm is experiencing a period of growth and as such, has an opportunity for the successful candidate to join a well established firm in which they can grow and develop whilst being assisted through to Chartered status.
This unique opportunity is an Financial Analyst role in which the chosen candidate will report directly to the Regional Administration Manager to ensure a smooth client experience from start to finish.
This role is unique in that the successful candidate will conduct much of the research and analysis in assisting the consultant however will not be expected to complete entire suitability reports. This is a chance for someone who is particularly driven to work as part of a client facing team, serving high net worth clients preparing complex research, risk profiling and undertake a project based nature of work as and when required to do so.
Preparing necessary research for client reports - these may be in relation to pensions, investments, Trustee Investment, IHT planning and other associated financial planning requirements.
Handling both client and adviser queries and undertaking any necessary research.
Reviewing products available to meet client needs and making appropriate recommendations.
Undertaking review of new funds available to meet the requirements of the asset allocations and make recommendations to the Directors.
Ensuring all paperwork is compliant with FCA guidelines.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
We are seeking an individual with paraplanning experience who can quickly take to the role. This is a very rare opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in developing a career within the Financial Service Industry to join a reputable company. The successful candidate will have the following skillset;
You will have attained the Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum.
Excellent IT and communication skills and the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within and outside the business
