We are looking to recruit a Technical Advisor to join a busy team for an outdoor power tools manufacturing company based in Newton Aycliffe. Salary circa £22k plus excellent benefits, working Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:45pm.
As Technical Advisor, you will be working as part of a busy team dealing with end customers, via social media, telephone, emails and letters. You will be supporting customer services with more technical queries and the after sales Manager and team, providing technical support via the helpdesk for all group consumer products, product training will be provided.
Your main responsibilities will be responding to social media content and emails, providing technical support to the customer service team, handling high volumes telephone calls in areas such as part sales, technical enquiries and providing product information. You will be expected to advise on technical issues covering the full product range.
A customer service or call centre background is essential where you have dealt with more technical queries. Strong communication skills are required with excellent IT skills including working of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
You may have worked in the following roles previously: Call Centre Agent, Customer Service Advisor, Technical Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, Client Advisor.
