Solutions Recruitment are looking to recruit a Technical Advisor to work within a busy customer services department within a prestigious organisation.
Being a key part within this role will be to support the customer service team with technical queries and dealing with all end customers via social media, telephone, email and letters.
Duties include: -
Advising on technical issues on all product ranges.
Responding to social media content.
Providing technical support to the customer services team.
Handling high volume telephone calls within sales, technical enquiries and providing product information.
Responding to customer correspondence and emails.
The right applicant for this position will be a team player, however able to work on own initiative. The ability to clearly investigate and explain technical solutions to the customer. Excellent communication skills and orgnaisational skills, good grammar and PC literate. A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and social media content.
