Our West Leicester based client are keen to appoint a Technical Administrator for a full-time temporary position, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week, 8.30-5.30pm.

This is a key position Temporary within the Technical Team providing administrational and client support. Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to their existing and new clients for all Utility infrastructure projects.

The roll will include the following tasks, to provide a high, maintained level of customer service at all times to internal clients, carrying out all administration activities for the Technical team to ensure smooth running of processes.

The successful applicant will be required to supporting the technical coordinators with the progression of live contracts. Have strong coordination and administrational skills plus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.  Proactive and motivated approach and have empathy with Clients’ situation.

An ability to investigate, resolve and/or escalate client issues/requirements, and have strong IT skills including MS Word, excel, and database use including a good knowledge of using spreadsheets.
