This position reports to the Helpline and Complaints Team Leader.
As the Technical Administrator you will manage enquiries relating to food safety, health and safety, enforcement reports and trading law.
The Technical Administrator is also responsible for updating a variety of databases together with logging all client accident and incident forms.
You will assist with telephone support, email checking, data inputting and report production as part of this busy role.
The ideal Technical Administrator will have a first class communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work on their own initiative.
