A leading provider of IT infrastructure services requires a Technical Administrator to be part of a vibrant and expanding team. Based in London, you will join a friendly team responsible for providing a high level of 'front of house' support in English and Spanish, dealing with initial calls, emails, creating and assigning remedy tickets to the team. You will also be dealing with basic first line support (password resets and 1st time fixes) and assigning remedy tickets accordingly.
The role requires a good level of reporting capability and as such you must be familiar with MS Office packages such as Excel and Outlook, as you will be using Excel to assist with compiling management reports. Communicate with senior users and liaise with service management to ensure all requests met approval criteria.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Genuine interest in IT and building technical skillset
- Previous administration/call logging experience essential with proven history
- Have good interpersonal skills & ability to build relationships
- Be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
