I’m working exclusively with a well-established, innovative business based on Hellaby industrial estate, who are looking to recruit a Technical Administrator in their Head office.
The business itself is a manufacturing company, which boasts excellent employee packages and benefits. Staff retention on average is 18 years’ service, which demonstrates the type of business this is.
The role itself involves:
• Dealing with queries for non-standard and modified products
• Interpreting drawings & customer specifications
• Clarifying customer requirement and offering advice in a technical aspect
• Identifying and sourcing appropriate product to suit the requirement
• Processing enquiries on database
• Generating enquiries and forwarding to production facilities & sub-contractors
• Monitoring and progressing open enquiries to meet KPI’s and deadlines
• Creating drawings via a bespoke system
• Working to price & referral guidelines as per company procedure
• Generating quotations via SAP system
• Updating CRM system accurately
• Knowledge of products with confidence
The position is full time and permanent, with working hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break.
Salary is £19.5k per annum.
