A company with an outstanding reputation for being the leader within their field is looking for a Technical Administrator to work within a small team. This role will co-ordinate a parts inventory and product database, as well as analysing and generating a range of technical reports. This will be based within the company’s head office. It is a varied role, duties will include:
Analysing product parts and spares related inventory information
Maintaining, issuing and reviewing technical data, reports and agreements
Compiling and analysing reports from a variety of different sources
Producing ad-hoc reports and management information to support business needs
Liaising with other areas of the company to ensure data integrity and inventory management requirements are met
The Ideal Candidate
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have experience of analysis and reporting, including the production of detailed management information. You will have good computer skills including MS Excel. Accuracy and a keen eye for detail is important as you will be working with a large inventory management database and detailed datasets. You must be confident communicating at all levels of the business and be used to co-ordinating several tasks at the same time. Finally, you need to be driven, committed, enthusiastic and willing to put 110% into the role.
