The duties of the role will vary, and you will need to be able to manage your time between chasing subcontractors to collate various accurate information, assist in producing O&M manuals ensuring quality and organising documentation hubs that are easy to access. This is on top of a number of other general administrative duties, which when all added together with the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals will ensure you never have a dull day.
They are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and diligent individual with the ability to pay close attention to detail and capable of understanding complex technical documentation. You will need to be able to demonstrate your abilities and have experience, ideally, within the Construction sector.
