Our client is a successful Financial Services company and they are currently looking for a well organised Supervisor/Team Leader to oversee a team of Technical Administrators

The role:

To provide supervisory oversight to the Technical Support and Administration team, coordinating the teams’ day to day activities including delegation of work tasks.

Ongoing monitoring of internal processes to ensure they are being adhered to. Monitoring team workflow and the timely follow up of ongoing work in progress. Provide guidance and training to the Technical Support and Administration team where required and when needed.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Monitor staff workflows;
  • Provide support and assistance to team with any complex queries that arise;
  • Ensure that processes are followed accurately;
  • Manage a share of the teams’ work tasks, including but not limited to;

o Submission of new business application forms/paperwork;

o Money laundering verification process;

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • CII Certificate Level qualification as a minimum is required.

Base £27000 plus benefits
