An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Technical Administrator to join us at our office in Welwyn Garden City.
Within this role, you will provide administrative support to the Technical Department of New Homes. This will include document and drawing management; maintaining electronic filing system of drawings and documents, and managing the document register and issue as required.
You will make new utility applications and liaise through to receipt of quotation and will support the tendering processes with printing and checking of tender documents.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have strong administration skills and are highly IT proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will have an enquiring personality and determination to obtain information from a wide set of sources.
Excellent written and document preparation skills are also important and you should be able to multi-task and prioritise under your own initiative.
