Technical Account Manager - About The Role:

  • Working closely with partners and customers in order to clarify their requirements and analyse potential opportunities
  • Identifying IT solutions to address specific customer objectives, technical pre-sales and after-sales support for key accounts
  • providing recurring status reports on all open issues and activities
  • Managing and developing the IT products
  • Working closely with developers to provide specific feedback on product issues and improve future releases in order to meet clients’ needs
  • Development of business processes and business strategy from the technical perspective
  • Researching possible opportunities caused by emerging technologies
  • Offering technical and strategic direction to assist customers in the development of upgrade plans based on business requirements

Technical Account Manager - About You:

  • STEM degree, 4+ years of working experience, experience working in a IT Security solutions vendor
  • Strong technical background with good all round knowledge of IT including knowledge of networks and cyber security
  • Client-facing and presenting skills, ability to maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to communicate complex technical requirements clearly to non-technical or mixed audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience of requirements gathering and translation to solutions
  • Commercial acumen
