Technical Account Manager - Brighton - £50,000-£60,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role within an established Client Services team as a Technical Account Manager with a thorough understanding of the online environment and digital marketing to manage the relationship with key accounts - you will have technical experience with a digital marketing background.

As the Technical Account Manager you will need to be able to explain complex concepts in a concise way and have a good understanding of the technology behind marketing solutions. You will be required to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, be able to present solutions effectively and manage client delivery expectations.

Key skills:

  • A good technical understanding of digital marketing
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data
  • A technical understanding of website tracking technologies
  • Strong track record planning and delivering complex projects
  • Experience writing and delivering business requirement/solution design documents
  • Proven relationship management skills
  • Comfortable presenting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Desirable skills:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing field
  • Experience working with databases
  • Knowledge of the ecommerce sector
