About the role
A fantastic new opportunity has been created to support the Technology Security Leadership Team and Chief Technology Security Officer in developing and maintaining the strategic development and direction of Technology Security, whilst also developing and managing an appropriate Risk Control Framework.
Working with a range of business stakeholders, you will ensure all identified risks are managed and mitigated appropriately. Risk Management will also act as a key input into the strategic direction of the department both from a Governance perspective, but also in helping to define the delivery roadmap for a range of Technology Security Controls.
There will be a strong emphasis on Management Reporting and Stakeholder Management and the role holder will be pivotal in helping to implement Policy, Process and other Governance improvements that are essential in raising the overall Maturity Model of the department.
Key Skills and Experience
Broad experience in a Governance, Risk, Assurance or Compliance role
Awareness of Security Controls, IT Compliance, Assurance, Audit, Risk, Policy.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, confident to Board Level
Strong analytical skills
Familiar with Risk Management Best Practice policies and procedures
Eligibility for SC clearance
