Tech consultancy based in the heart of London with an impressive client base are looking for an HR Administrator to work alongside the HR Advisor.
Your new role
This is a permanent HR Administrator position based within London. The role will provide support to the HR Advisor and HR Director, providing the opportunity to be the face of HR and work closely with the Managing Partners and their clients. You will have responsibility for administrative support in both HR and compliance and have responsibility for the people system, on boarding & off boarding, producing offer letters and contracts, employee benefits, provide advice to employees, all levels of administration, administering the starter/leaver process and directly supporting the HR Advisor with projects. You will also be trained within compliance administration, assisting with the design of PowerPoint presentations, creating charts and amendments to legal documents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on role and the opportunity for career progression.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience within a similar HR Administration role within the Tech industry. You will be well presented and articulate with exceptional attention to detail. You will have provided administrative support within a professional or corporate environment and have excellent IT skills (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint). You will pride yourself on providing an excellent service, be proactive and able to work autonomously whilst raising queries when necessary. For this position, experience within the private sector as an HR Administrator is a must.
