Prospero Teaching's Special Educational Needs & Disability department is rapidly growing and is looking for a Behaviour Support Worker

*Support these pupils 1:1

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will
*Must be Team Teach trained
*Be a good communicator and able to build positive relationships
*Be reliabile and committed with initiative and creativity
*Have a clear drive and passion for working with SEND children

In order to be eligible the successful Behaviour Support Worker
*Have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
*Have demonstrable experience of working with children or adults with SEN
*Be able to provide 2 recent references
*Be a UK resident or eligible to work in the UK
