Do you have experience in audio typing and digital dictation? Are you a team focused individual?

We are recruiting for a Team Secretary to work within a friendly, sociable team of secretaries at a growing, well established independent building consultancy. You will provide full secretarial support to the Surveying department across a network of offices.

Responsibilities as a Team Secretary:

  • Producing accurate reports, letters and documentation, meeting deadlines
  • Digital dictation
  • Formatting of documentation
  • Accurate and up to date filing of correspondence
  • Planning and monitoring own workload
  • Managing own and surveyors diaries
  • Processing expense claims and travel arrangements

Requirements of a Team Secretary:

  • Extensive experience in digital dictation
  • Accurate typing speeds, min 45-50wpm
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience editing and formatting Excel documents
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
