Team Secretary

SF Group's professional services client is looking to appoint a Team Secretary. The role will be providing a range of secretarial and administrative support to a very busy team.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Audio typing
  • Diary management
  • Email management
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Managing the filing system
  • Typing and putting together correspondence
  • Managing a wide range of administrative requests
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Collating monthly team reports
  • Process expenses
  • Maintaining absence and sickness records
  • Taking messages correctly on behalf of the team
  • Assisting with marketing materials
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Maintaining stationery stock levels

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within professional services, possess excellent communication skills, friendly, approachable with a professional attitude.
