Team Secretary

The Team Secretary will be the general first point of contact with the Business for other organisations and individuals, including various professional advisors, government agencies and professional bodies.

They will provide support to all members of the Management Team and will report directly to the Head Office Administration Manager. Support will also include working with the Head Office Team in the preparation of management reports and sourcing information as required.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required, together with the ability to compose letters and emails efficiently and to take and produce minutes of meetings when required.

A good telephone manner is essential, with the ability to keep accurate written records of discussions when required.

Ability to work in a Team as well as on own initiative.

The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Uxbridge; but may occasionally be required to attend meetings elsewhere, for which travel costs or mileage will be paid.

Hours: Full-time, 8.30am - 4.30pm (lunch: ½ hr) - 37 ½ hr week
