Our Wimbledon based client are looking for a Secretary/Team Administrator to report to several management internally. The main purpose of the role is to assist various management with all secretarial and administrative duties. The main duties include diary management, typing correspondence, producing presentations, updating client files and databases, organise travel arrangements, schedule internal meetings, process invoices and undertake departmental reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent secretarial skills with a track record of reporting and working closely with management. You must possess excellent organisational skills, analytical skills, have a positive and flexible approach, strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.
