Team Secretary

Our client, a leading Financial Services firm in Central Bristol, are seeking a Team Secretary to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience in a Professional Services environment.

Key Duties:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client/Tax team
  • Preparing travel bookings, correspondence, arranging meetings, collating documents
  • Interacting with clients and answering calls
  • Scanning/photocopying
  • Preparing and reclaiming expenses
  • Opening and distributing post
