Team Secretary- Wanted for a reputable exec search firm!
We are looking for a charismatic team secretary to join a busy office in central London on a permanent basis. If you want to work along side a hard working, sociable and inspirational team, in a fast pace environment, where they will offer great experience, this might just be the role for you.
This is a varied role in which you will be a pivotal part of the team, assisting with research projects, lots of client correspondence and communications as well as day to day admin tasks such as formatting CVs, presentations, reports etc.
You will also work closely with the wider support team assisting with the general running of the office:
- Typing CV’s
Covering reception at lunchtime one day a week
Answering phone calls and taking messages when necessary
Checking qualification details of registered candidates
Composing reference requests for candidates via email or letter
Adding jobs onto website and external websites
Job board analysis and producing weekly and monthly reports detailing the findings
Photocopying, faxing, filing
Any other ad hoc duties i.e. composing letters, general admin etc
Printing and amending PowerPoint presentations for consultants
This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright individual to work and gain experience for a well established Exec search firm. The ideal candidate will be educated to the degree level of equivalent, however this is not essential. It will be fundamental for the candidate to have previous admin experience. Someone that doesn’t shy away from hard work would do very well in this role. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and able to start straight away.
Hours: 8:30 - 17:30.
