A fantastic opportunity to join a global engineering company based in Central London. My client is looking for a team secretary who is able to look after a large team in London.
As an integral part of the team, involvement in day-to-day team activities, including research for projects, as well as the usual administrative duties. You will also assist the team leader with all aspects of team management.

As an integral part of the team, involvement in day-to-day team activities, including research for projects, as well as the usual administrative duties.
Management of Team Leader’s inbox and diary
Management of administrative and external inboxes
Attending internal and client meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions
Assisting with expense claims, timesheets, and other procedural demands
Assisting with some financial tasks (invoicing, transfers, reporting)
Organising social, staff and client events
Assisting with team welfare, H&S requirements and maintaining contact with staff who are out of office
Assisting induction of new starters
Administering online appraisals and assisting with recruitment admin
Producing documents in accordance with in-house style
Ordering/approving IT equipment for the team
Proactive approach to all staff movements, office moves and environment
Booking of meeting rooms, refreshments, AV, tele/video conferencing facilities
Assisting with document management - paper and electronic in accordance with AMS requirements
Travel arrangements and organising visas for staff travel to relevant countries
Ordering stationery and maintaining local stationery point
Promotion and sharing of best practice
Ideally you will be able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and be the calm person within the team. Degree educated would be an advantage.
Good IT knowledge including Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be an advantage as you will be updating PowerPoint documents. Also bid/tender production would be great!
