A fantastic paying Team Secretary opportunity with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel! As Team Secretary you will provide support to the Department Head and team handling highly confidential information regarding lettings of gorgeous super prime properties with very high values. You will produce lots of reports, correspondence and PowerPoint presentations; update Excel spreadsheets; type from audio dictation; assist with marketing support; help organise events; take minutes; process expenses etc. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel essential!

Candidate profile within this Team Secretary position:

*2 + years' secretarial / administrative experience within professional services
*An interest in Property
*Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel (lots of presentations and reports)
*60 wpm copy and audio typing
*Strong organisational skills
*High attention to detail
*Well spoken, clear speaking voice and excellent communication

Responsibilities within this Team Secretary position:

*Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
*Typing meeting agendas and papers
*Taking and distributing minutes
*Audio and copy typing of emails, letters, schedules, forms etc
*Diary management with ever-changing schedules
*Dealing with email and phone queries
*Processing expenses
*Research
*Admin projects
*Marketing support including updating social media
*Organising events
*Preparing for pitches
*Producing press releases
