This is an excellent opportunity to work as a PA for a Boutique Financial Services company who are highly regarded in their sector as a PA to a team of 5 Partners and Directors, you will be supporting Directors in Leeds and Manchester and will be required to work in Leeds 1 day a week, a true organisational PA role working within a friendly and welcoming team.

Location: Manchester City Centre 3 days, 1 day in Leeds 1 day WFH

Salary: £33-35,000 + Bonus

The role:

  • PA to partners, Directors and Investment Manager
  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising Events and dinners
  • Travel and accommodation in UK and Europe
  • Producing Presentations
  • Expenses
  • Office maintenance and assisting with health & safety
  • Greeting visitors and clients

  • An experienced PA with 4+ years experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Have extensive diary management experience
  • Experience of organising Events
