Team PA / Office Co-ordinator
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Salary: £17,000
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5:30pm

We are looking for a customer focused PA with experience in supporting executives, an effective communication style and a proactive approach to helping run an office. Whilst there are generic administration tasks to be undertaken, you will also have a chance to get involved in various ad hoc activities and business projects - gaining a really useful insight into how the business is run.

Responsibilities:

Organising internal and external meetings, including refreshments, directions etc
Report and presentation production / co-ordination
Collating updates and presentations
Assistance with document formatting / assistance
Meeting planning
Team calendar
Occasional event planning
Occasional diary management including making travel arrangements
Assisting in the preparation of management information using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Minute taking during meetings

Essential Experience/Skills:

Competent skills with Microsoft office suite - Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
Good communication skills
Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
Accurate work and attention to detail
Enjoys working in a flexible and dynamic environment
Experienced in similar roles
